
As humans we are blessed with emotions. We have positive emotions. But we also have negative emotions.In this piece, let’s examine some emotions that can be negative at times.
Why we need to take a look at these two is because they are emotions that could need professional help.We all have had the pleasure of experiencing joys.We all have gone through emotions such as sadness.We have our moments when we can experience anger as well.But sometimes there will be occassions when our emotions get the best of us. First lets examine the emotion of anger.This is an emotion that is extremely volatile.Everyone has experienced this emotion. But for a few people it can get the best of them. When I say get the best of them I mean they get out of control.They can in some instance take their anger and use violence to express it.That is why it is so dangerous. I have seen it go too far too many times doing anger management in San Diego.That is the time when you may have to take care of it professionally.Because it can touch and effect and hurt other people.
The other emotion we may experience is depression. Doing depression counseling has allowed me to see how this emotion can be dangerous as well.Most of the times this emotion won’t hurt people in a direct way.But this emotion oftentimes causes a person to cause hurt to themselves.There are many reasons for it.It could be a chemical imbalance that causes it. That is when it needs to be treated with medicine.Or it might be an event in our lives that cause the depression.Doesn’t matter, when a person goes through it, they probably need help.
As you can plainly tell these emotions need to be kept in check. Whether it is anger or depression they both can cause serious damage. Either to those around you or yourself.So if you are able to notice that somebody may be experiencing these types of emotions, they might be in need of counseling. It is best for everyone.
